If you have been to my acoustic shows than you already know about this cedar-topped jem. Please excuse the animal print sofa cover and wall fixtures.
Home studio pics.Note the Jimi Hendrix oil painting made just for me by the lovely and talented Angela Phelps. It's a true inspiration to me.
What are great guitar amps for?Not to set your beer on at a gig.they're for pedals of course!
Playing with Vaders Mistress at Mulligans. Kerry's on the mic while guitarist Kevin Kitter is opposite stage facing me.As I recall this was a killer show.Although he is out of view,Brandon Jump was keeping it all together on the drum kit behind us!
Beauty and the bass!Doing a live show with fellow Michigan rockers Vader's Mistress. Sharing the stage with me is vocalist/5-string bass goddess Kerry Schalow.
Wow!Guess I really do make weird faces when I play with a slide.(you can barely see the glass slide on my pinky)
Behind me you see Paul Exworthy and Todd Thoune of the band Crooked Creek. And to the right of my Stratocaster headstock is Adam Cain, the young but accomplished drummer from Menominee,MI.
Sitting in with the Jeff Lasley Trio at Mulligans in Marinette,WI-Paul Exworthy on bass
Check out my Dimarzio Yngwie Malmsteen guitar strap,or don't -the choice is yours.
My American standard strat with a 50th anniversary maple neck and Lindy Fralin pickups
She's a beauty!
The well worn maple neck on this guitar tells you it is my favorite! It's my go to guitar with good reason-locking tuners,LSR nut, versatile pickup switching,I could go on but...
OK, it's a Strat-plus that I out-fitted with humbuckers and custom toggle switches,I don't know the exact specs but it sounds great and I play it well. That's all that matters.
Alveraz makes a good guitar. This one is part of the Fusion series and it's my main live instrument for my acoustic gigs, as well as my Christmas CD's. Fast playable neck and thin body suit me just fine.
My tried and true Bogner 1x12 extension cab in action
Current pedalboard setup. This changes often depending on my mood.
You can see my American made strat plus in the background.
Taking a lead in 1994 with my Valley Arts standard pro guitar.
Here's another shot of me on the same gig.Tight white jeans?Well I was somewhat of a "thinner" lad back then!Guess I was just trying to impress the ladies at that time.
This is my mug-shot...I mean my press kit photo for the 2004 North American rock guitar competition that I didn't win.
